Round three at the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast at Snapper Rocks opened up with solid surf and former event winner Taj Burrow battling it out with Travis Logie. As it unfolded, Kelly Slater took home the highest heat score, a 16.57, against Tiago Pires.
