The last time we had waves we went to a spot up north that was super crowded so we wanted to find a uncrowded sandbar this time. We were literally the only ones out the whole time. Photo: Nick Denny
The weekend of December 15th saw solid swell pump through the Delmarva region. Delmarva, for those not in the east coast know, stands for the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia peninsula. Waves were forecast in the chest to head high range with very clean conditions. It ended up being more like head high to overhead and clean as a whistle. We definitely scored.
