Spain is a beautiful place. To the south and east lies the Mediterranean, crystal blue and shimmering. To the north is France and to the west is Portugal. Steeped in history, the area holds not only some of the prettiest places on the planet, but some of the best waves.
From big, throaty barrels, to tiny little peelers, the region has an incredible variety of waves. As it is open to fierce Atlantic storms and more docile Mediterranean wind swells, Spain is one of those places to put on your travel list.
