The morning was cloudy and it rained on and off so I decided to paddle out. After getting a few waves and breaking my board in half, I decided it was time to get some pics. Photo: Nick Denny
East coast surfers’ arms and legs must have turned to jelly with the amount of swell they’ve received this winter. Between Thanksgiving and the new year, there seem to have been a relatively steady stream of fun waves. Photogs and surfers were out in droves capturing the incoming swells and this is a big mash-up of that eye candy. Enjoy the 50 best captures from December on the right coast.
