I’ve thought about that conversation just about every day in the months since. My goal at that time and still to this day was to get back for the 2012 season in Indo and spend as much time here in the waves as possible. It wasn’t a plan. It was just a feeling in my gut that told me “you are not even close to being done with this place” as the season drew to an end in Indonesia. I see my future revolving around this place for what’s foreseeable of it, if any future is foreseeable.
