When a south swell hit the Wedge there are not many better places, at least not for the connoisseur of weird, warping waves and massive wipeouts.

Well, it’s that time again. The time that Southern California surfers wait for: south swell season. It’s been a long and rainy winter, so watching that swell come up the coast lent itself to a lot of excitement. And where else is better for viewing on a south swell than the Wedge? Not many places, at least not for the connoisseur of weird, warping waves and massive wipeouts.
