Bali is rife with good waves. But one of its crown jewels is Uluwatu, the ultra-iconic left we’ve probably all seen on video (or live). Paddling out to the wave is half the fun. But it’s not always fun. These surfers got caught on the wrong end of a bombing set. “This was one of the biggest days of the year a few months ago,” wrote Surfers of Bali on its YouTube page. “Uluwatu’s Outside Corner had some bombs, but the lineup looked really unpredictable.” No doubt.
