Hurricane Sandy made a huge impact on the East Coast. One afternoon, while the storm was barreling up the coast, a friend and I decided to shoot some photos. We had to take the side streets because the town of Ocean City was under a mandatory evacuation. I shot this from my friend’s car window as we were cruising around.
