At this point, the Northern Hemisphere is well into winter and a very special winter at that. With one of the strongest El Niño’s on record, swell has been non-stop the past couple weeks from Waimea to Jaws to Todos Santos. With another purple blob looming in the North Pacific, it’s important to take a time-out to check in with your body and recognize your limits.
