Rumors continue to swirl today about the possibility of a WSL specialty event at Kelly Slater’s Lemoore surf ranch immediately after the conclusion of the Hurley/Swatch Pro at Lowers. Mums the word as far as the WSL’s concerned. But as recent videos of Gerry Lopez and now Bethany Hamilton seem to indicate, there’s now a left and is it possible that the wave(s) have gotten bigger, the lip thicker, and the water more crystalline?
