Inflatable surfboards have gone through several iterations over the years, from companies like Uli and C4 Waterman. This is Italian Roberto D’amico taking a board called the SAFE out for a test run at his local beachie. As would be expected, rail work is kinda’ tough on an inflatable. But you can still go straight in a pinch. And places like the Wedge might be a whole lot safer without leashes.
