Derek Peters is not a household name. Far from it. He’s just a guy that surfs incredibly well, whether there’s a sticker on the nose of his board or not. There are a couple of internet videos, a few blurbs here and there, but that’s about it for the kid from Huntington Beach. Betcha that changes in the next few years, judging from this clip.
