Why Spending 2:28 in Barrels Will Always Feel Perfect

Adam Bennetts travels all over the world inviting everyone to join him in the barrell… via GoPro, of course.

This is basically a showreel of my best GoPro clips from 2015. All footage was shot on my GoPro Hero 4, using a Pro Standard Grill Mount and a carbon fiber selfie stick for the behind shots. I concentrated a lot on using the selfie stick this year, as I think the behind angle is the best angle you can get with a GoPro. It’s quite challenging to make late drops, then grab the selfie stick out of my mouth and hold it behind myself, so I really wanted to nail that angle. I think I came out with a few really good shots.

The clips are from Burleigh Heads during Cyclone Marcia (earlier on in the year), and also from Keramas, Bali and a few other secret spots (sorry, can’t tell you where) throughout Indonesia over the rest of the year. Most of these clips were shot on slabby reefs or beach breaks so I was riding my normal DMS carbon wrap short board in a quad fin setup or a slight step up version of it. Having the quad fin setup really helps whilst in the tube. Thanks for watching!
