Marcio Friere has had his fair share of really bad wipeouts. You don’t get to surfing at his level without it–but this particular one, filmed at Jaws back in late January, might take the cake. After just about making the latest of late drops, Marcio just can’t hold on… and Jaws has her way with him. Dan Norkunas was on hand to capture the mayhem, and now it’s an entry in the 2015 XXL Big Wave Awards.
