Goliath groupers don’t get their name for nothing. This particular grouper caught last week by Cape Coral resident, John Black, in Sanibel, Florida, weighed in at an astonishing 552 pounds. In a dying effort to evade the hysterical fisherman, the massive grouper snapped John’s rod like a little twig. We don’t know what is better: the fact that John caught this behemoth of a fish, or his reaction. What do you think?
