When Kelly Slater shows up in a lineup, it’s guaranteed to be a show. He’s the winningest surfer of all time, after all, and he didn’t get to that spot by being a bad surfer. It’s also likely when he shows up in a lineup that the waves are going to be good, because if he’s missing events (because of an injury, right?) for swells, it’s not going to be any old swell. And recently, No Kandui was the focal point of one such swell. Kelly was there, so the folks over at Hidden Bay Resort made him the focal point of the edit you see above. And he put on a show.
2 Minutes of Kelly Slater Surfing XXL No Kandui on July 3rd
Kelly Slater was surfing No Kandui on July 3rd. He put on a show. The waves were big, the surfing was bigger, and this edit will put a smile on your face.
