Lewy Finnegan is a bit of a legend in certain wave-riding circles. The guy will kick his way into just about anything, and the bigger and heavier it is, the more Lewy loves it. As such, he’s had more than his fair share of particularly terrible wipeouts, but it’s par for the course when you’re riding waves like the ones Lewy does.
He’s been a guy to watch for years now, and he’s not taking his foot off the gas pedal. The footage you see above is a behind the scenes look at a bodyboarding trip that will be part of an upcoming film called Tension 11, and if this is the stuff from the cutting room floor… well, we’re in for a treat.
